WHY MOBILIZATION? Because the Harvest is plentiful and the workers are few… AND VISION IS LACKING.
Most Christians have a very limited view of “missions” and God’s heart for the world. The work of mobilization is casting vision for the world and helping Christians find their role in the Great Commission.
The need for more workers is a need FOR more vision.
Vision comes from mobilization. “Mobilization is coming alongside the work of God in someone’s life to transform their heart towards the things of God’s heart. If we desire to finish the Great Commission and see Jesus worshipped among every tribe, tongue, people, and nation, then mobilization must happen.” - The Traveling Team.

AIM Farther exists to undergird and accelerate the work of those raising up workers for the harvest. Our focus is exclusively on the work of mobilization. If AIM Farther can resource mobilizers, they will raise up more workers for an unreached, yet ripe, harvest. And the mission Jesus commissioned us into will be fulfilled!
